Before N5
Konsa began at Charlton Athletic, joined Brentford in 2018 and moved to Aston Villa a year later. Seven seasons at Villa Park established him as one of the league's most reliable one-versus-one defenders and took him into England's Euro 2024 and 2026 World Cup squads.

Arsenal completed his signing on 21 August 2026. The club highlighted his athleticism, tactical intelligence and leadership, and handed him the number 15 shirt.
