Women and Academy

A separate historical reference with its own source boundary.

Arsenal’s official club report records the women’s team as founded in 1987. That history belongs in a separate collection with its own records and editorial review; it is not merged into the men’s first-team feed.

Arsenal’s 2024 Hale End collection also names Bukayo Saka, Emile Smith Rowe, Eddie Nketiah and Reiss Nelson as academy graduates. The reference is historical and does not imply that each player is in today’s squad.

Current COYG pages continue to cover the men’s first team only. This page is a source-backed orientation point while a fuller Women and Academy library is developed.
