The 2001/02 Arsenal were irresistible going forward. Cup first, then Old Trafford

Arsenal beat Chelsea 2-0 in the FA Cup final, Ray Parlour and Freddie Ljungberg scoring the goals. Days later they travelled to Old Trafford and won 1-0 through Sylvain Wiltord to clinch the Premier League title on Manchester United's own pitch. Thierry Henry's goals and Patrick Vieira's leadership had defined the season, with Robert Pires and the renewed defence completing a balanced and formidable side. It was Wenger's second Double in five seasons, and one of the most satisfying campaigns in the club's modern history.
